ABOUT THE TRAINING

Q: I've never boxed before. Can I really do this?

A: Of course! I love working with complete beginners. We start with basic movements and build your skills step by step. Most of my clients had never thrown a punch before we met - now they're throwing combinations like pros.

Q: What exactly do you teach?

A: Boxing fundamentals, natural movement, and yoga flow - all combined into something that actually works for real women with real lives. It's not about becoming a fighter, it's about becoming unstoppable in your own life.

Q: Where do we train?

A: I have arrangements with public and private local gyms including Institute of Combat and Body Works Alpha Annex. We'll find what works best for your schedule and comfort level.

ABOUT POSTPARTUM STUFF

Q: How soon after baby can I start?

A: Get your doctor's clearance first (usually 6-8 weeks), then we're good to go. I've done this postpartum recovery thing 4 times - I know exactly how weird your body feels right now.

Q: I'm exhausted/nursing/barely surviving. Is this realistic?

A: Absolutely. I built this specifically for exhausted moms because I WAS that exhausted mom. We work with your energy, not against it. Sometimes that means 20-minute sessions, sometimes it means just showing up. Both count as wins.

Q: What if I'm not local?

A: I do remote postpartum coaching with video calls, custom plans, and tons of text support. My daughter handles boxing instruction in Sacramento if you're in that area. We make it work.

PRACTICAL STUFF

Q: What do I wear/bring?

A: Whatever you can move in comfortably. I have gloves and equipment. You bring yourself and maybe some water.

Q: What does this cost?

A: Sessions start at $80. Coaching programs start at $800/month. I have packages and payment plans. Think of it as an investment in getting your life back.

Q: Can I bring a friend?

A: Please do! Small groups (2-4 women) are $50 per person and way more fun. Nothing better than transforming alongside other moms who get it.

THE REAL TALK

Q: What makes you qualified to do this?

A: I have an MBA, I'm a certified USA Boxing Fitness Boxing and Nutrition coach, and I've successfully recovered from 4 pregnancies - including my last one at 40 when I was perimenopausal, nursing for 3 straight years and thought I'd never feel strong again. I went from doughy and depressed to feeling better than I did in my 20s. That's my qualification.

Q: How is this different from a regular trainer?

A: Regular trainers haven't had 4 babies, haven't nursed around the clock for years, haven't felt their identity completely disappear and had to build it back from scratch. I have. I'm not just teaching you to exercise - I'm showing you how to become yourself again, just stronger.
